To wear a napkin with wings, place it in the middle of your panty and remove the stickers at the back of the wings. Once removed, carefully fold them at the back of your panty lines and press it firmly. The napkin now won’t budge an inch until you remove it yourself.

As we said before, brands today offer a plethora of variants such as extra-large sanitary pads, antibacterial pads and pads with fragrance and so on. Hence, you get a lot of options to section them according to your needs. Get your hands on different products initially and when you begin using them, you can pick one or two of your favorites. Days when you have a heavier flow, go for the ones with extra absorption, use the regular ones when the flow gets lighter, if you tend to suffer excessive unpleasant odor during periods pick the fragrance ones, for maximum protection from germs, go for the antibacterial ones. For an uninterrupted sleep, pick the ones with higher absorption at night and wake up with no staining or leakage.

It is known to everyone that sanitary pads are one of the most easy to carry, easy to use and easy to dispose of menstrual products. If you are travelling, just throw a few in your handbag and you are all set. They come with a safety adhesive sticker which has to be removed before placing it in the middle of the panty. This adhesive prevents any movement of the pad as you walk, run or move. But, make sure the underwear is dry else the adhesive won’t perform its best. To dispose, just detach it from your underwear, make a roll using a newspaper or toilet paper and throw it in a dustbin. 

Note – If you do not like skipping your workout during periods but are afraid of the pad lines peeking through your tights, go for an ultra-thin sanitary napkin which will take care of the blood flow and won’t be visible through the tights either.
